At BabyHy, we understand that sometimes plans change. We aim to make the cancellation process as smooth and transparent as possible. Please read the following cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Cancellation Before Shipment (Valid only for orders placed & delivered within India):

  • You may cancel your entire order before it is shipped by logging into your account and navigating to the ‘My Account’ → ‘Orders’ section.
  • Important: Individual items in a multi-product order cannot be cancelled separately. Cancelling one item will result in the cancellation of the entire order.
  • Once the cancellation is confirmed, refunds are processed within 24–48 business hours, and the credited amount should reflect in your account within 3–4 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).

2. Cancellation After Shipment (In Transit Orders)

  • If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled directly.
  • In such cases, the refund will be initiated only after the product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check to ensure the product is unused and in original packaging.

3. Orders under Cart/Combo Offers

  • If your order includes items purchased through a cart offer, discount combo, or bundle, all associated products under the offer will be cancelled together.
  • Partial cancellations in a cart offer are not allowed.
  • If any part of the bundle or offer has already been delivered, cancellation for the remaining items will not be permitted.

4. Products Not Eligible for Cancellation

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories are non-cancellable once the order is shipped:

  • Innerwear (e.g., bodysuits, onesies)
  • Personalized/customized items (e.g., name-printed babywear)
  • Clearance or final sale items

5. Coupon and Voucher Policy

  • If your order was placed using a discount coupon or promotional voucher, the benefit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
  • Used coupons will not be reissued, even if the order is cancelled.

6. Important Notes

  • A confirmation of your cancellation request will be sent to you via SMS and/or email.
  • Once a cancellation request is made and accepted, it cannot be reversed.
  • Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) can be cancelled before shipment without any deduction.
