At BabyHy, we pour love into every stitch. But we understand that sometimes, things don’t go as planned. Maybe the fit’s not right, or the colour wasn’t what you expected—no worries, we’ve got your back!
Return Window: 7 Days of Cuteness Guarantee!
You can return your BabyHy products within 7 days of receiving your order—no questions asked (well, maybe just a couple to help us improve!).
Just make sure:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Tags should still be attached, and the product must be in a resellable condition (we know it’s tempting to try it on, but let’s save that for the keepers).
How to Request a Return?
- Log in to your BabyHy account and head to the ‘My Orders’ section.
- Click on the order you’d like to return and select ‘Initiate Return’.
- We’ll arrange a pickup and update you via SMS/email.
- Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check, your refund will be processed within 3–4 business days.
Refunds – Back to Your Pocket
- For prepaid orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–4 business days after QC.
- For Cash on Delivery orders: We’ll ask for your bank details via a secure form. Refunds will be credited within 4–5 business days after approval.
- Refunds are not eligible for shipping charges, if applicable.
Oops! Some Items Can’t Be Returned
To keep things hygienic and safe for all our little customers, we do not accept returns on:
- Innerwear & bodysuits
- Personalized/customized babywear
- Clearance sale or final-sale products
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
Just a Few More Things...
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order. After that, the return option will disappear like baby socks in a washing machine!
- If your order was part of a cart offer or bundle, returns are only allowed for the complete combo. Partial returns break the bundle, and no one likes broken bundles!
- If you cancel or return an order that used a discount coupon, the coupon’s benefit won’t be refunded or reissued.
- If your returned item doesn’t pass our quality check (used, stained, or damaged), we’ll send it back to you and no refund will be processed.
